All parties must be paid commission from the buyer;

Non-negotiable SOP:

  • NCNDA, LOl, LOA, MT199 as proof of fund;
  • SPA vetted and signed by both parties & IMFPA with all facilitators;
  • Minimum SBLC guarantee (1-month value of yearly order);
  • After SBLC validation from the seller’s bank, production start in 2-3 weeks;
  • Payment can be TT or LC for each shipment;
  • Payment will be done after SGS Inspection, before loading of the goods;
  • Payment of products will be done monthly, according with each FOB delivery

Buyer must agree to pay of commission based on IMFPA to be done in the same payment session with product payment,
on a regular monthly base

SOP:

  1. LOI: Buyer submits Letter of intent, POF/BCL and LOA (For Mandate) and
  2. NCNDA: to be signed by all parties (If necessary)
  3. FCO & ICPO: Seller will send FCO and draft ICPO format. Buyer will return ICPO and signed FCO
  4. SPA: Seller will initiate the discussion with buyer to have Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) signed as legal agreements between buyer & seller.
  5. Payment terms: Swift/TT(MT-103), Escrow/LC
  6. Proforma Invoice: Seller will provide an invoice with the shipment
  7. Deposit/Booking: Buyer releases 10% of the total contract price to Seller account after signing SPA
  8. Proof of Life: After deposit paid, Seller will provide a video with Label “ABC Company with Quantity and Date”
  9. SGS Reports: After deposit paid, Seller will then provide SGS reports for SPOT purchase-ready stock. For pre-order contract, Seller will advise Buyer as to scheduled production time for SGS reports depending on volume requested.
  10. SGS Verification: Buyer or Buyers representatives needs to verify the SGS reports within 48 hours and confirm to seller.
  11. Freight: Seller arranges freight and presents Bill of Lading (BOL) or Airway Bill
  12. Payment for CIF: Balance 90% payable after SGS verification and BOL.
  13. Collection: Buyer collects Goods at destination Port.
