I’ve a 100B Cranberry fully ready to transact, A2A with title holder transactional attorney will be today.

After NCNDA I can arrange a call with the seller.

The US Transactional attorney will issue a comprehensive LOA directly to the buyers attorney which will reference the SGS information on the lot, lot details and be under Penalty of Perjury.

In addition the LOA will be sent with an FCO, RWA, SPA and Escrow Agreement. The RWA will need to be co-signed.

The lot has a *blue ribbon certified SGS* on it. The lot is real, its 100% OTG USA.

You can also talk directly to the mandate prior to any paperwork, after NCNDA completed.

Buyer must be a cash buyer, ideally JPM or has a loaded cage that can upon uploading of SGS fund its JPM IOLTA account.
