Funds has to be in the US, prime bank.
Seller will provide letter of attestation of stock on behalf of the allocation holder based on vetting the funds with the bank and before MT199.
This is real commodity with 100% OTG is multiple lots.
SOP:
– Seller’s vetting attorney will call the buyer’s bank (with their authorization).
– After vetting the funds, LOA will be provided.
– Seller’s attorney will trigger MT199 verification.
– After MT199 is verified, RWA will be provided.
– After RWA+LOA, buyer will sign SPA and Joint Escrow agreement to move the funds.
The buyer can use his own escrow (as long as its a well known one in the US) and add the seller.
Seller will also ask for mutual PB.
